Volunteering to assist NGAAL is a great way to get involved, meet new people, and help our association. Volunteer opportunities include serving as your MACOM representative or a Company Grade Officer (CGO) or Warrant Officer representative on the Executive Council, planning and hosting an After Work Social event, working on the Annual Conference planning and host committee, and assisting with NGAAL’s hospitality suite and events at the NGAUS conference.
Other great ways to volunteer include planning and hosting a membership drive or member event at your unit during drill weekend or Annual Training. Many units host cookouts, dinners, and get togethers for NGAAL members and potential new members at drill and AT, and this is a great chance for you to take the initiative and be a leader!
